Every State Farm office in the U.S. is going to hear from Us - continuosly I might add. Regardless of the service you personally may provide Brady, as a State Farm agent you are the funnel that guides current and potential clients to those who make policy. You may indeed provide impeccable service for customers; however, if said customer later has an issue with a claim or a complaint this does not absolve you from responsibility. Those on the receiving end of the $250 million Class Action Lawsuit settlement were all guided by agents (like yourself) knowingly or unknowingly aware of the current and past actions of your employer. Policy is dictated from the top down. If you are aware of this conduct and do not voice your concerns on behalf of your potential clients then you too Sir are complicit. Cosumers have a right to know before they make a decision that could and obviously has impacted the lives of so many families. Reading the ingredients prior to consuming the product allows one the choice to decide to not ingest poison or reep the consequences. Doing so after the fact defeats the purpose, your customers have a right to know that State Farm is anything but a "Good Neighbor".
